  Over priced and Poor service both on employee attitude and quality how do you forget the STEAK in a steak stromboli and have an attitude when your customer wants the mistake fixed when it's what they paid for

  I just got a cheese steak sandwich to go. I told the guy when I ordered "Please put a napkin or paper towel underneath so the bread doesn't get soggy" he said "you mean wax paper" "I said no, a paper towel" he "ok'd" me. Well I just picked up my sandwich to set on plate and the bottom fell out cuz the bread was soggy! Gross! you cant put a hot sandwich in a Styrofoam box like that, hey but what do I know. Well cheers to eating my sandwich with a fork.
  Other wise I love their food :) and people are very nice.
  Next time please give me what I order. :)
