  My wife and I just returned from our 1st visit to Prime 225. It will not be our last. We started with the sharing the Prawn appetizer. It consisted of 2 very large (and very good) prawns on a bed of Kimchi. We followed up with soup,also very good, and then our mains. Our waitress said try the Chilean Sea Bass as it was her favorite and flown in fresh from Hawaii daily. It was excellent and cooked just right. My wife had shrimp and scallops in pasta and also loved it.
  
  Next time we'll have to try the beef to verify that it measures up to the seafood.
  
  This is a new restaurant to the Chesapeake City and they really try hard. It is not cheap but worth the prices. The wine list is very nice and not weighted toward expensive wines. They have a good and diverse selection of $35-$45 bottles in reds and whites.
  
  I give them at 4 stars because I want them to take reservations, but also because I want to come back and try the beef then give them 5 stars. A GREAT new restaurant.
  
  Full Disclosure my wife thought the Prawns were on the dry side and we mentioned it to the waitress. The chef made a replacement (no cost) that was absolutely perfect.

  We Celebrated my sister in law's birthday today at Prime 225. The food and service was great. The waitress acommendate my niece who is 5 with French fries. The prices are very high and 3 different taxes also added to bill. But overall my family had a good time so we gave a 4 star.
